Carbonxytherapy Used for Stretch Marks

March 29, 2010 by

A fairly new Procedure called ‘Carbonxytherapy’ is showing great promise by softening stretch marks using increased blood flow to the stretch mark regions and allowing them to constrict and contract, thus blending them better with the surrounding healthy skin.  Up until recently, most stretch marks were pretty much un-treatable.  By injecting very small amounts of carbon dioxide gas just below the surface of the skin, the procedure tricks it into increasing blood circulation to the treated area.  Carbonxytherapy is also being used as a treatment for dark under eye circles, cellulite and stretch mark smoothing and removal.

One of the most popular aspects of all these Procedures is the very little downtime required of the patient for the procedures, with most returning to their normal daily routine right away.  The procedures are painless and no or very few follow up treatments are required.  The  Procedures are FDA approved and only performed by certified physicians nationwide.

THERMAGE, FRIEND OF THE WORKING CLASS

March 22, 2010 by

After being asked by one of my highly prized part time employee’s (Sarah), for some time off to have some cosmetic procedures, I assumed that she meant she would be away from work for at least a few days, or maybe a week.  Because I knew how bad she wanted the facial work done, I reluctantly gave the old ‘okay’ and wished her well. The next day a little after noon, there was Sarah sitting at her desk, working away like normal. I asked about the cosmetic procedure she was supposed to get, and she said she went in a 9AM and it’s all completed.  I have to say that knowing what she wanted done and seeing her now, was a miracle.  She had work done on her chin area, and on the area around her eyes.

She explained to me that she was referred to the fairly new Thermage Procedures and did not have to have any anesthesia, no knives or fillers are used, no pre procedure prep, and there is no post procedure follow ups required.  The Thermage Procedures work on the face area and the other areas of the body, are FDA approved, and the improvements continue for about 6 months or so.  There is hardly any downtime, and most people return to their daily routine almost immediately. The Thermage Procedures work on all skin colors and for just about every problem area of the body, including cellulite problems.  I have already referred some of my friends to Thermage, and booked myself an appointment.
Sincerely,
Rhoda Franklin

Say Happy Anniversary with Thermage

March 22, 2010 by

For the last 2-3 years my wife has been talking and talking about getting some cosmetic work done on her face, around her eyes, her neck, and if there is enough money, maybe some work done on the old tummy section.  I have made no comments, thinking that maybe she would forget about it or change her mind. Well, she isn’t going to change her mind and she certainly hasn’t forgotten about it yet.  Since our anniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks, I thought I would surprise her and give her the cosmetic work as part of my anniversary gift for her.

After I told her what I had in mind, she loved it and asked if I wanted to come with her to find the doctor or clinic, and basically check out a few to get a better idea of costs.  WOW !  Have they come along way with cosmetic improvement procedures.  I had no idea of the advances that have been made in recent years.  We went to several plastic surgeons, got doctor referrals, and then a friend of my wife told her about the fairly new and very popular Thermage Procedures that are available now, and soaring in popularity throughout the country.

With Thermage Procedures, you spend about 45 minutes to an hour and a half, to do just about any area of the body.  There is very little downtime, so you can get right back to work, or into your lifestyle right away. Thermage Procedures are performed by certified physicians, are FDA approved, and work on all skin colors, for all parts of the body.  There are no knives, no anesthetics required, no prep work and no need for any follow up doctor appointments.  There is almost immediate improvement and that improvement continues up to 6 months after the initial Thermage Procedure has been performed. My wife is so happy, she has referred several of her friends to the physician who is going to do some work on her.

‘Hi Tech’ Advances and the ‘Thermage Procedures’

March 9, 2010 by

I never cease to be amazed at how much we are benefiting from all of the new technology that keeps feeding our imaginations and our practical everyday needs. The Space Race, Our Venture to the Moon, The Space Shuttle, and The International Space Station, all helped to contribute to our vast warehouse of hi-tech wonders that we take for granted today.

An example of this is The Thermage Procedures, which offers new and highly advanced hi-tech solutions for some of our everyday cosmetic improvement needs. In recent years, the various Thermage Procedures have shot to the forefront in treating under eye bags, sagging chins, stretch marks, lip augmentation, tummy tightening, thighs and buttocks tightening, eliminating the need for surgery, implants, etc. Thermage can also temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Thermage uses hi-tech radiofrequency technology to heat the deep, collagen rich layers of your skin which helps tighten existing collagen and stimulate formation of new collagen, resulting in reduced sagging, renewed contours and improves the texture and smoothness of the skins surface.
